One of the largest bridges in Russia, it is a pair of parallel 19-kilometre bridges for both road and railway traffic. From the Taman Peninsula it runs along the existing dam and the island of Tuzla, then spans the Kerch Strait and on to the Crimean coast. The automobile part opened in 2018, while the railway is to open in December 2019.
