So, the participants will perform in the nominations:  choreography, vocal, instrumental ensembles, ensembles of Cossack song. They will present a program consisting of ethnographic, folklore, author's and folk Cossack songs and dances.

In addition to vivid concert programs, guests will enjoy a costumed defile of festival participants, master classes in Cossack culture, arts and crafts, and an exhibition-fair of folk crafts.

The opening of the festival will take place on September 3 in Alushta on the central promenade.

From 02:00 to 08:00 p.m. there will be an exhibition of arts and crafts, and from 05:00 to 07:00 p.m. there will be a concert.

On September 4 the 'Crimean tulumbasy' will continue in Yalta. The main events of the festival will take place on the city's promenade near the square fountain next to the Yubiléiny Concert Hall.

The program for the day:

  • from 02:00 to 07:00 p.m. − exhibition-fair of artisans;
  • from 02:30 to 03:00 — a costumed defile of the festival participants (from Lenin Square to the square fountain near the Yubileiny Concert Hall)
  • from 03:00 to 03:45 p.m. − master classes on Cossack culture, theatrical reconstruction of the Cossack military and regiment life;
  • from 04:00 to 06:30 p.m. − the gala concert of the Festival and closing ceremony (in the Yubileiny concert hall, 2 Chernomorsky Lane).
