The operation of the transport line was suspended in mid-February for planned technical servicing.

"Every year in the winter-spring period, the specialists of the Startinvest enterprise, which operates the cable road, carry out maintenance of all the parts and assemblies of this unique engineering structure," the press service noted.  The cable road will operate according to the following schedule:  moving up from 11.00 to 16.00, moving down from 11.00 to 17.00.

The unsupported cable road connecting the southern coastal village of Miskhor and the popular plateau of Ai-Petri mountain is the longest in Europe. It takes 15 minutes to go up or down, and the ascent is 1153 meters.
