Next in the list of drinks are "heady poza (pô'zə)" (Mordovia), Bashkir koumiss (Bashkortostan), narzan (Stavropol Territory), beet kvass (Krasnodar Territory), airan (Karachay-Cherkessia), byyppakh (Yakutia), wheat buza (Crimea), cheghen (Altai) and salted tea with butter (Buryatia).
By the way, buza is a low-alcohol drink of the Crimean Tatars and Karaites. It is thick and sweet.
