"We offer to return the PCR test at check-in and act as it is done now abroad: check in with a certificate of a negative result of the PCR analysis, take a new one at the hotel and stay in your room until the result is received. This is usually one day," he said at a meeting of the operational headquarters for the epidemiological situation in the region.

Mikhail Razvozhaev noted that such double control has shown its effectiveness.

According to him, the relevant decree will be signed today and will come into force from the moment of publication. At the same time, the check-in with the vaccination code or the certificate of the antibodies presence will remain in force. The costs of PCR testing will be covered by the guest or the hotel.

As reported, since July 16, restrictions have been tightened in Sevastopol due to COVID-19. In particular, it was possible to stay at the hotel only with a certificate of vaccination or with a certificate of the presence of antibodies.
