The event will be held at several venues in the city: the Black Sea Fleet Drama Theater named after Lavrenyov, (1 Ushakov Sq.), Sevastopol Theater for Young Spectators (16 Gagarin St.), Fishermen’s Palace of Culture (1 Pavel Korchagin St.), Rossiya cinema (9 50th Anniversary of the USSR Sq.).
The program includes performances, feature and animated films. Among the participants there are the Chuvash Youth Theater named after Sespel (Cheboksary), the New Theater Theater company (Voronezh), Theater Project 27 (St. Petersburg), Penza Regional Puppet Theater.
At the same time, special projects will be held: pitching of the projects for children and youth, a laboratory for young directors and an educational program for theater professionals.
The opening of the festival − on August 4 at 06:30 p.m. on the stage of the Lavrenyov Theater. The audience will be shown The Little Prince musical fairy tale by Antoine de Saint-Exupery from the Moscow Provincial Theater. The main role will be played by People's Artist of the Russian Federation Sergey Bezrukov. The Sevastopol Rosgvardiya orchestra of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation will also be involved in the performance.
And the festival will end on August 10 on the stage of the Fishermen's Palace of Culture with The Jungle Book. Mowgli. − the legendary blockbuster of the theater, beginning at 11:00 a.m. and 07:00 p.m.

The International Great Children's Festival has been held since 2018. Its main idea is to collect all the best that is being done for children and youth in a variety of genres of performative art. The competition program includes dramatic, musical and puppet performances, circus performances, feature and animation films for children.
