"Even now, tour operators report a 40% increase in the volume of sales of tours to Russian 4-5 stars hotels in Crimea and Krasnodar Territory compared to February last year. For the rest of the resorts in the South of Russia, sales increased by 15-30%, depending on the region and the type of accommodation," ATOR informed.

Last year tour operators noted a shortage of berth in hotels of this particular segment, they associated this with the closure of borders and, as a result, the redistribution of tourist flows. However, this year, experts say, the situation will be similar and the demand for luxury hotels will be high.

When choosing a hotel, tourists are looking for several key options: the location of the hotel on the first or maximum on the second line, or in close proximity to the sea, a restaurant, good transport accessibility, comfortable equipped rooms, as well as the presence of a pool, SPA center in the infrastructure of the hotel complex, children's animation.
