"We can say that this is a steady trend, which will make it possible to remove the latest restrictions from March 1, with the exception of some that are specified in the Decree of the Head of the Republic. This will concern the restrictions that have been imposed on weddings, celebrations and other mass events. Exhibitions will also be allowed," N. Penkovskaya said.
The ban on holding mass events and the limit on the number of seats in catering outlets to 50% will remain for now. In March, the requirement for partial occupancy in theaters and cinemas will also remain, however, providing a stable epidemiological situation is maintained, it is planned to increase it to 75% of the sitting capacity.

The Head of the Crimean Rospotrebnadzor also added that the mask wearing and social distancing on the territory of the peninsula are still mandatory.
"We will not be able to talk about mass immunity until mid-March, so the requirement of social distancing and mask wearing will continue to apply," she concluded.
