Young participants representing various spheres of culture and art − music, literature, design, architecture, choreography, literature and fashion took part in the forum. For three months they have been meeting and communicating with honored workers of culture and art. They shared their experiences, developed joint projects and participated in the competition for grants. More than 350 famous guests have become experts and speakers at Tavrida forum.

The educational program of the forum included not only traditional formats of lectures, master classes, motivational meetings and public talks, but also online workshops, TED chats and anti-discussions.

"In 2020, Tavrida, like the whole world, has changed its format under the influence of the pandemic. To comply with security measures, we had to cut the number of participants on educational sites by half, and it became a challenge for us. But, on the other hand, we quickly adapted to new realities and expanded our audience due to formats with the use of the Internet. We have conducted 68 online broadcasts and more than 6.5 million website visits were collected by the events of the entire forum. For us, this is a new direction in which we plan to develop", — said Sergei Pershin, Director General of the Center for the Development of Cultural Initiatives, head of the Tavrida art cluster.

"One of the innovations of the forum program was awarding of a special prize for young performers of contemporary art. As a result of the forum, 10 people received contracts for production support, the possibility of internship and integration into the largest Russian and international art projects", — the press service added.

The Tavrida forum of young workers of culture and arts has been held in the Kapsel Bay near Sudak since July 10. The forum participants lived in cozy houses on the seashore, on the territory of the art cluster of the same name. The forum has been implemented within the framework of the Education national project and is supported by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. The organizer of the project is the Center for the Development of Cultural Initiatives NGO.
