A small and cozy "Wonder Donkey" farm is in the village of Zalesnoyeh, Bakhchisaray district. Its inhabitants are donkeys of the Somali and Nubian breeds, as well as horses, Vietnamese pigs, Hungarian oxen, decorative chickens, Cameroonian goats, peacocks, ostriches, pheasants, geese.
The guests of the farm can not only feed and stroke its inhabitants, but also ride on hardy gray big-eared creatures around the legendary sphinxes of the Karolez Valley, at the foot of Mount Mangup, as far as to the cave town of Eski-Kermen.
In addition, tourists are offered to try donkey milk (depending of the season). For those, who want a snack on the farm, there is a café. For younger visitors there is a playground. Curious guests are invited to the donkey museum, where you can learn about the heroic deeds of these animals during the Crimean War and their invaluable help to the partisans during the Great Patriotic War. Exhibits of the museum: harnesses, carts, souvenirs and crafts donated by visitors to the farm and much more.
