The park first appeared on the maps in 1834. It is one of the best parks on the southern coast due to the trees brought from around Europe, Asia and America. It could rival Nikitinsky Botanical Garden in the variety of exotic plants and the Count Vorontsov Alupka Palace park in the beauty of its landscape. It is a landscape architecture landmark.
