It is considered one of the most beautiful parks in the resort capital of Crimea. Located in the seaside part of Yalta, it is a continuation of the central embankment. The park was laid out in the middle of the past century and was named after the cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin.

Primorskiy (seaside) park stretches along the sea shore for 2 km. The main entrance is decorated in a classic style in the form of a white colonnade. On the territory proper, you can find more than 100 species and forms of trees and shrubs, including a palm alley. There is also a spring of mineral water, made in the form of a cozy round gazebo, and a monument to writer Anton Chekhov. The park is also decorated with beautiful flower beds.

There are several Yalta hotels and sanatoriums in the park.
