The Rayevsky family estate, or Karasan Palace, is located to the northeast of Partenit. The name of the estate translates as "sunrise" or "east". The mansion was designed in a Moorish style. An architectural landmark, the estate was property of princes Rayevsky until 1917. Currently, it is used as an administrative building at the Karasan health resort. Only patients are allowed into the palace but the park is open to the public.
