One of Felix Yusupov's Crimean palaces, it is located in the village of Kokkoz. It was built in 1912 to the designs of a famous architect, Nikolai Krasnov, who also designed the famous Livadia and Koreiz palaces. The interior walls were decorated by artists of the Stroganov School. The Blue Eye fountain was located at the entrance. A replica of the Bakhchisarai fountain of tears was originally located in the sitting room, and another fountain with motives from local legends was in the park. The complex also included a bridge across the Kokkozka River and a mosque.
