The construction of a memorial complex for the rehabilitated peoples will be completed in 2019. It will include a mosque, a museum, a chapel, a sculpture, the Revival of Crimean Peoples stela and a memorial train carriage, which is an exact replica of a cargo train carriage used to deport Crimean Tatars from Crimea on 18-20 May 1944.
